We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. All packages are sent 1st class, you can therefore expect delivery in 1-3 days for all instock items. Any out of stock items will normally be received in 5 working days.
If you require ‘special delivery’ guaranteed next day delivery, please ring or email to ensure stock availability. There will be a charge for this service (Royal mail rates), which we will confirm with you before accepting your order.
At this time we only accept orders from UK (Including Northern Island and the Channel Islands)
Ordering by phone or post by cheque or postal order is an option available. Please note that cheques will need to clear before goods are despatched.
We never pass on any personal details to any 3rd party.
We will only use your details to contact you in relation to the order you have placed or the enquiry you have made.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, cheques and postal orders.
We use ‘Pay Pal’ to handle all our online payments who offer a secure system protecting your details.
Your purchase will show on your statement as Outdoorwise.
If your item is faulty
We offer either a full refund or replacement service for faulty goods purchased from us.
All claims for faulty goods must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
If the item is not wanted, or not what you expected then you can return it to us in it’s original packaging and unused condition for a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. The value of your refund will be the amount paid less £2.50 per item to cover administration costs.
Please contact us by email or telephone before returning any goods.
Any return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty. All returns should be sent ‘Recorded Delivery’ to ensure receipt.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
